What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, information about your project and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project (our legitimate interest in responding to requests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• To prepare designs, proposals and, if you go ahead, to deliver your project (contract).
• To send occasional news and ideas, only if you tick the optional marketing box (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, such as our website host and email provider. They process data only on our instructions. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required for legal, warranty and accounting purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own site. If you use the price estimator, your selections may be stored in your own browser so they can be added to your enquiry; you can clear this at any time.
